Jordyn is 6 months
Happy unbirthday to my wonderful baby Jordyn!! Today she is 6 months old (I will get pictures posted as soon as I find my USB cord!) WOW...I can't belive that it has been 6 months since she joined our small but wonderful family. We are lucky to have her here and she makes a WONDERFUL addition. We are currently working with her so she will be able to sit up by herself and she is just starting to hold a bottle up; although she does drop it a few times!

Happy Birthday Matt
Today is Matt's birthday and so we spent a wonderful time at home as a family because we really couldn't afford to do anything else. Next weekend we will be celebrating by going out on a date, which I am so excited for since we haven't had any alone time since having a new baby!!

Mommy/Daughter date
On Friday MaKayla and I went on a mommy/daughter date. We went and saw New Moon. This was my second time 'round seeing this movie but MaKayla's first. I had a blast being able to go and see a movie with my oldest daughter; now I'm looking forward to a mother/son date with my son. Matt took Brenden to see Avatar on Friday as well...thank you mom for being willing to babysit my babies so that Matt & I could take the older kids on "dates"!

First ever blog
Hello all, I have decided to join the wonderful world of blogging. I'm not too sure how to do this so I will need all the help I can get.
First off just wanted to introduce you to my wonderful family. My husband Matthew, whom I have been married to for almost eleven years, is attending ITT Technical Institute majoring in Internet Securities. He will be receiving his associates degree sometime this summer and will be receiving his bachelors sometime in 2012. I can't wait. I have four children that range from 10 1/2 to 4 months.
Brenden is my oldest and only boy. He will be eleven in August and is in the fifth grade at school. He absolutely loves his sisters, with the exception of MaKayla (no, not really, he really loves her) and is a big help to his mom. MaKayla is the oldest of my three girls and just turned eight in November and is in the second grade at school. We were so excited that she decided to get baptized this last December. It was wonderful to see her grandpa baptize her and her great-grandpa confirm her. The confirmation did have to be repeated because words were forgotten and her grandpa re-did the confirmation. Thanks to both dad and grandpa for the wonderful night. After the baptism we went to Leatherby's for ice cream to celebrate the occassion.
Kalli is the second of my beautiful girls and will be turning three in April. Jordyn is the youngest child and the youngest girl. She just turned four months today and during the week she has begun to coo and laugh when provoked! All the kids absolutely adore her as do her parents.
